How long until my items are dispatched?
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be dispatched and posted. A confirmation email will be sent, once your order has been sent.
Do you ship internationally?
For orders under $70 we offer international shipping on a quote basis, shipping costs will emailed to you after you place your order.
We now offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders over $70!
Can I collect my order?
You sure can! Due to the current circumstances it is by appointment only, so please contact us to arrange an appointment to collect your goodies. We are in Melbourne based in Berwick, so please make sure you are close by before selecting this option at check out.
How much is shipping?
We offer a flat rate shipping of $7.95 per order and FREE worldwide shipping for orders over $70. I know, great right!
We offer a flat rate of $14.95 per order for express within Australia.
Who do you send the goodies with?
We use Australia Post to send your goodies to you as they offer 100% carbon neutral deliveries, yay!! What's even better is we send your products in compostible bags so you're not receiving any nasties - WINNING!
How long will it take for my goodies to get to me?
Please note due to Covid-19, there are ongoing delays with deliveries. If you require your parcel by a specific date, please upgrade to express to ensure it reaches you in time.

I made a mistake on the shipping details, what now?
If your order hasn't been sent (you will receive an email when it has) contact us ASAP to correct the shipping details.
In the event your goodies are returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address on the parcel we can organise for redelivery but it will be at your expense. Once you complete your order, we use the exact details provided in your order, so please make sure your address is correct before completing checkout. Parcels that are shipped back to us due to a customer not collecting their parcel will also need redelivery at your expense. We highly doubt that this will happen because really you want them in your hot little hands!
